These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, landing pages, free trainings, downloadable resources, communities, and paid programs offered by Austin James Rankin PA, doing business as The Servant Leader Real Estate Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our sites or registering for anything we offer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who may use our services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Our trainings are designed for licensed real estate professionals, though we do not require proof of licensure to register for a free training.
2. What we offer
- Free live trainings and webinars — educational sessions delivered live online. Attendance is free. A replay is not guaranteed and may not be provided.
- Free resources — guides, scripts, and similar materials delivered by email.
- Paid programs — including Servant Leader Foundations and The Servant Leader Academy, which may include community access, recorded lessons, live coaching calls, and related materials.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our offerings at any time. Where you have paid for a program, we will not remove material portions of what you purchased during your paid term without offering a reasonable alternative or a refund of the unused portion.
3. Registration and your account
You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Program access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
4. Payment, billing, and cancellation
Paid programs are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscription programs, including Servant Leader Foundations, renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.
- Cancellation — you may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds — except where a specific written guarantee is offered at the point of sale, payments are non-refundable. Where a guarantee is offered, its stated terms control.
- Failed payments — if a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the balance is resolved.
- Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in termination of access.
5. Intellectual property
All content we provide — including videos, recordings, slides, scripts, frameworks, workbooks, written materials, and the Autonomy Selling System methodology — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not record, copy, republish, resell, distribute, or share our materials, or use them to build a competing training or coaching product. You may not share your access with people who have not purchased.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing.
- Disrupt a live session, community, or other members' experience.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another member's account.
- Scrape, mine, or bulk-extract content or member information.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, without refund.
7. Communications
When you register or purchase, you agree that we may contact you by email and, where you provided a mobile number and agreed to it, by text message, regarding the event or program and our other offerings. Our SMS program sends promotional and transactional messages, including event reminders, training alerts, program updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, and marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. Reply HELP to any text, or email austin@theservantleaderrea.com, for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from us.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, and delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier, device, and network conditions.

8. Earnings disclaimer
The sales figures stated on our sites are Austin Rankin's personal sales figures. The average person who buys any "how-to" information gets little to no results. Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, market, and work ethic. All business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action.
Earnings and income representations made by Austin Rankin and The Servant Leader Real Estate Academy are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. Testimonials and other examples used are exceptional, non-typical results and are not intended to be, and are not, a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results. We are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and your evaluation and use of our information should be based on your own due diligence.
9. No professional advice
Our content is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or investment advice, and it does not create a fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship. You are responsible for complying with the laws, license requirements, MLS rules, brokerage policies, and telemarketing regulations that apply to you and your market, including any rules governing calling, texting, and do-not-call lists.
10. Third-party platforms and links
We use third-party platforms to deliver our programs, including video conferencing, community, payment, and course platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Our sites and programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of our sites or programs. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin James Rankin PA, The Servant Leader Real Estate Academy, and their officers, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our sites or programs after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
