Text messaging, in plain English: We only text you if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to hear from us. We never sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone else for their marketing. You can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP.

This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, landing pages, registration forms, and communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number, submitted when you register for a training, request a free resource, book a call, or purchase a program.
- Optional profile details — such as a social media handle, brokerage, or market, where a form asks for it.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, text, or through a form, and our replies.
- Payment information — if you purchase a program, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited billing details. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and YouTube.
3. How we use your information
- To register you for and deliver live trainings, webinars, and events, including reminders before an event starts.
- To deliver free resources you requested.
- To provide, support, and administer programs you purchase.
- To send you marketing and promotional messages about our trainings, coaching programs, and offers, where you have consented to receive them.
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To measure and improve our website, our advertising, and our programs.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. SMS and text messaging
This section describes our text messaging program specifically. It applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
How you opt in
You opt in to receive text messages from us by entering your own mobile phone number into one of our web forms and submitting it. The consent language is displayed directly on the form before you submit. For example, our webinar registration form states: "By registering you agree to receive event reminders by email and text. Reply STOP anytime."
We do not add phone numbers to our messaging program from purchased, rented, or third-party lists.
What we send
Messages may include event reminders and registration links, training updates, information about our coaching programs, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further marketing texts to that number. Reply HELP to any message, or email austin@theservantleaderrea.com, for assistance.
Sharing of mobile data — important
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, or the consent you gave to be contacted by text, to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used only to deliver our own messages to you. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf, and only so those messages can be delivered.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Email
If you give us your email address, we may send you event reminders, resources you requested, program information, and marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages related to a purchase or a program you are enrolled in.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers — companies that operate our systems on our behalf, such as our customer relationship platform, email and SMS delivery providers, webinar and video hosting, course and community platforms, and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising and analytics partners — as described in the Cookies section below. This does not include mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data.
- Legal reasons — where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes pixels from Meta, Google, and YouTube. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals at this time.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. If you opt out of messages, we retain a record of the opt-out so that we can honor it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, or deletion — email us at austin@theservantleaderrea.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable state privacy laws.
11. Children
Our programs are intended for licensed real estate professionals and other adults. Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party sites
Our site links to third-party websites and platforms we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
